Welcome to Winexch. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you create or use a Winexch account, access sports or casino markets, place bets, manage funds, claim promotions, or use any other feature available through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, or continuing to use Winexch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. These rules form an agreement between you as the user and Winexch as the platform provider.

1. Acceptance of the Winexch User Agreement

Where linked or duplicate accounts are identified, Winexch may review the associated activity and take appropriate action under these terms.

The platform may consider shared devices, payment instruments, contact information, identity records, or unusual account connections when carrying out such a review.

5. Login Security and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, verification codes, and other Winexch login credentials.

Do not share account access with friends, relatives, agents, tipsters, or any other person. Activity completed through your authenticated account may be treated as activity authorised by you, unless you reported suspected unauthorised access promptly and the matter is still under review.

You should contact support immediately if you believe that:

someone else has accessed your account;
your password or verification code has been exposed;
your registered contact details have changed without permission;
unfamiliar bets or transactions appear in your account.

Winexch may temporarily restrict account access while investigating a security concern. This measure is intended to protect the account and its available balance while ownership or activity is verified.

6. Identity Verification and KYC Requirements

7. Deposits and Payment Ownership

Deposits must be made through the payment options currently available within the user’s account and must comply with the displayed limits and instructions.

You should use payment instruments that belong to you or that you are legally authorised to use. Third-party deposits may be rejected, returned, delayed, or placed under review when ownership cannot be reasonably established.

A deposit is not complete merely because money has left your bank or wallet. It must also be received, identified, and credited to the correct Winexch account. Delays may occur because of banking networks, UPI services, wallet providers, payment gateways, technical interruptions, security reviews, or incorrect transaction information.

Winexch may request payment proof where a transaction cannot be automatically matched.

8. Withdrawals and Transaction Review

Withdrawals are processed according to the account status, available withdrawable balance, payment rules, verification requirements, and transaction limits applicable at the time of the request.

A withdrawal may be delayed or reviewed where:

account verification is incomplete;
payment ownership is unclear;
deposit and withdrawal activity appears inconsistent;
a promotion has unmet conditions;

a third-party payment provider is experiencing disruption.

A pending withdrawal should not be treated as completed until the funds are successfully released and received through the selected payment method.

9. Account Balance and Funds

Your account balance may contain different components, including deposited funds, settled winnings, promotional credits, pending amounts, or balances subject to specific restrictions.

Not every displayed amount is automatically withdrawable. Bonus balances, unsettled bets, reversed payments, pending transactions, or amounts linked to unresolved reviews may remain unavailable until the relevant condition has been completed.

Users should review the account statement and transaction history before making financial decisions. Where a balance error is identified, Winexch may correct the account record after reviewing the underlying transactions.

10. Betting Acceptance and Confirmation

A betting request is not considered accepted until it has been successfully registered by the platform and appears as confirmed in the user’s account or betting history.

Submitting a selection or clicking a betting button does not by itself guarantee acceptance. A bet may fail, remain unmatched, be rejected, or be accepted at updated odds depending on the market type, account balance, price movement, technical conditions, and platform rules.

Users must review the stake, selection, odds, market, and potential return before confirming a bet. Once accepted, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled by the user unless the applicable market rules expressly allow it.

11. Live Betting and Market Changes

Live markets can change quickly as the event progresses. Odds, available stakes, suspensions, delays, and market status may update between the moment a user selects an outcome and the moment the bet is confirmed.

Streaming delays, scoreboard delays, device performance, or internet speed may affect what the user sees. The platform’s recorded market data and accepted-bet record will be used when determining whether a live bet was successfully placed.

Users should not assume that a displayed price remains available until the bet has been confirmed.

12. Market Settlement and Official Results

Bets are settled according to the market description, applicable event rules, and the official result recognised for settlement purposes.

Where an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, shortened, rescheduled, or declared without a result, the market may be settled, carried forward, or voided depending on the rules displayed for that event or market.

For cricket and other sports, settlement may depend on factors such as:

whether an official result was declared;
whether the minimum required play was completed;
whether a revised target or competition rule applied;
whether the relevant participant started or completed the event;
whether the market contained a separate abandonment condition.

The platform may use official governing-body information, competition records, event organisers, or another reliable result source when settling markets.

13. Voided Bets and Obvious Errors

Winexch may void or correct a bet where it was accepted because of an obvious technical, pricing, market, or settlement error.

An obvious error may include a clearly incorrect price, reversed market name, impossible outcome, wrong participant, duplicate settlement, or a bet accepted after the result was already known.

This rule is intended to restore the position that would reasonably have applied without the error. It should not be used to cancel a valid losing or winning bet merely because the final result was unexpected.

Where possible, the account record will show the adjustment or returned stake.

14. Fair Play and Prohibited Activity

Winexch expects all users to participate honestly and without manipulating the platform, other users, or available markets.

The following activity is prohibited:

using bots, automated betting tools, scripts, or unauthorised software;
coordinating accounts to manipulate odds, promotions, or market outcomes;
exploiting a technical fault, delayed feed, incorrect settlement, or pricing error;
using multiple accounts to avoid restrictions or repeat promotional benefits;
placing activity on behalf of an ineligible or restricted person;
attempting to interfere with platform security or data;
using stolen, false, or unauthorised identity and payment information.

Suspected activity may be investigated before winnings, balances, or withdrawals are finalised. Winexch may restrict the relevant account, cancel affected bets, remove improperly obtained promotional value, or take another proportionate action where a breach is established.

15. Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering Conditions

Promotions may include welcome offers, deposit benefits, referral rewards, cashback, free bets, loyalty rewards, or other account-based incentives.

Every promotion is governed by its own eligibility criteria, validity period, minimum deposit, market restrictions, wagering requirement, withdrawal condition, and maximum benefit. The terms displayed with the promotion take priority over general descriptions published elsewhere.

A bonus is not the same as cash unless the applicable wagering and withdrawal conditions have been completed. Users should review the relevant terms before activating or using an offer.

Bonus abuse includes opening linked accounts, placing coordinated low-risk bets solely to convert promotional credit, manipulating qualifying activity, or attempting to claim an offer more than once. Where abuse is confirmed, the promotion and any benefit directly obtained from it may be removed.

16. Responsible Gaming

17. Account Reviews, Restrictions and Suspension

Winexch may review or temporarily restrict an account where there is a reasonable concern involving identity, age, duplicate accounts, unusual transactions, unauthorised access, prohibited activity, payment disputes, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

During a review, certain actions may be limited, including login access, betting, deposits, withdrawals, profile changes, or promotion use.

A restriction does not automatically mean that the user has committed wrongdoing. It may remain in place only while the relevant information, transaction, or account activity is being checked.

Users should cooperate with reasonable review requests and provide accurate information within the stated period.

18. Account Closure and Termination

You may request account closure through the available support channel, subject to any unresolved bets, transactions, verification requests, or account investigations.

Winexch may suspend or close an account where:

the user is underage or legally ineligible;
registration information is false or cannot be verified;
the account is linked to prohibited activity;
payment use is unauthorised;

continued access creates a legal, operational, or security risk.

After closure, eligible real-money funds may be processed according to the applicable withdrawal and verification rules. Promotional credit, unused rewards, or benefits that have not met their conditions may expire or be removed.

Terms relating to fraud, intellectual property, liability, disputes, and outstanding obligations may continue to apply after account closure.

19. Privacy and Personal Information

21. Platform Availability and Technical Interruptions

Winexch aims to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The platform may be unavailable or limited because of maintenance, software updates, security checks, server issues, network failure, payment disruption, event-feed problems, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Users are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, browser, internet connection, and secure account environment. A personal connection failure does not automatically cancel a bet that was already accepted by the platform.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Winexch is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including user-device failure, internet disruption, third-party payment delays, unauthorised credential sharing, or reliance on information not confirmed inside the account.

Betting losses resulting from a validly accepted and correctly settled bet remain the user’s responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes a legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability that does arise will be assessed according to the applicable law, the account record, and the specific circumstances of the matter.

23. Intellectual Property

The Winexch website, software, interface, original text, graphics, logos, market presentation, and platform design are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

26. Force Majeure

Winexch will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, major power or internet failures, cyber incidents, government restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, or widespread third-party service disruption.

The platform may temporarily suspend affected services until normal operation can reasonably resume.

27. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a rule does not mean that Winexch has permanently waived the right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be expressly confirmed by the platform.

28. Entire Agreement

Where a promotion, market, payment method, or account feature has specific additional conditions, those specific conditions will apply to that activity alongside these general terms.
